Sinotruk Malaysia Sdn Bhd, formerly The China Truck Sdn Bhd and Cycle and Carriage Motors Sdn Bhd, acquired the assembly and distribution rights for the Sinotruk HOWO series of Prime Movers and Rigid trucks from China National Heavy Duty Truck Co Ltd in December 2006.
